Barry NadeuFor most of us its difficult to truly push ourselves to be healthier, to get to the gym daily, or to run faster or squeeze out those extra repetitions. Lisa Thomas will definitely push you past any of your expectations. With 20 years of fitness experience, a back yard decorated with an obstacle course, and a career of competing and a body of her own to prove that she practices what she preaches. I said...why haven't I met her sooner? Not only is she my friend and like a second mother to me but she cares for everyone she comes in contact with and that's hard to find in many people.

Lisa helped me prepare for my first competition; Tri-Fitness Obstacle Course Challenge. After I finished my obstacle course in Vegas she hugged me and said "great job I'm so proud" I didn't come in 1st place but ...it felt good to know that just as well as everyone who's a part of Team Thomas, that she believed in me the whole way through. It's one of the best teams I've had the privilege to be on.
