Pre-contest dieting is a science, but unfortunately is an arena filled with myths. It is especially difficult for Natural Competitors – but with the correct advice and religiously sticking to the program, great results can be achieved. I recommend a MINIMUM of 16-20 weeks preparing for a show. Many people try to prepare to quickly and simply starve themselves or try to live on protein shakes. This pre-contest dieting style is producing an emaciated flat appearance on stage – in fact many people who looked both great & promising in the gym, gradually shrink away all of their hard gained muscle tone & size in order to shred away the excess fat. You need to hit the stage looking hard, lean, and full. No soft butt cheeks or belly buttons.

This is a 100% individualized program designed specifically for you. I have access to the most up to date ways to diet, and supplement, to give the best results possible.
I will need photographs of you front/back & sides and accurate measurements. This should include height and weight. Based upon this depending if you are a man or a woman (and if so are you doing a Bikini, Physique, Figure, Obstacle Course/bench, or Bodybuilding Competition) I will aim to get you on stage looking as good as you can.
Based upon your own circumstances and food likes/dislikes I will create a food, diet & supplementation program to help you achieve your goals. Your diet and training will be evaluated weekly depending upon your progress, and adapted if necessary.

Pre-Contest Diet and Exercise programs are something which many people take short cuts so many people are on weird training and nutritional programs often given to them by "someone in the gym" or someone that did one show and now they are experts. First time dieting can be a great success it’s when you need to maintain or diet down next session that it's tuff.
Often you will see people looking really good a week out from a show who end up looking soft or smooth on stage just because some "expert" told them what to do in the final week before a show. If competing at your best is what you want to do then trust the person that has experience with more than one show and has experience with several body types not just their own.
